Pricing Note: Full Detail, Exterior Wash, and Interior Detail prices are starting rates for standard-size vehicles in average condition. Premium Detail, à la carte, pressure washing, commercial, oversized, and unusually labor-intensive services are quoted individually. We will discuss meaningful price changes before extra chargeable work begins whenever reasonably possible.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Your appointment reserves travel time, equipment, setup time, and a portion of our workday specifically for you.

Booking Deposit

Your appointment time is reserved for you.

Most non-maintenance appointments require a deposit of approximately 25% of the estimated service total, generally with a $25 minimum and $100 maximum.

  • Applied to your balanceThe deposit is credited 100% toward your service balance. It is not an additional fee.
  • Maintenance appointmentsQualifying recurring Maintenance Detail appointments do not require the standard deposit.
  • Specialty workLarger, specialty, multi-vehicle, or high-value appointments may require a different deposit amount.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens.

  • 24+ hours noticeYou may cancel or reschedule. Any deposit may be transferred to a replacement appointment or refunded according to the circumstances.
  • Less than 24 hours noticeThe booking deposit may be forfeited.
  • Same-day cancellation or no-showThe deposit may be forfeited if you cancel on the service date, are unavailable, or cannot provide reasonable vehicle access.
  • WeatherIf 1018 Mobile Detailing determines weather or unsafe conditions require rescheduling, your deposit is protected and may be transferred or refunded.
  • EmergenciesWe reserve the right to make reasonable exceptions. This policy prevents avoidable last-minute cancellations; it is not meant to punish genuine emergencies.
Booking notice: A booking deposit may be required to reserve non-maintenance appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final balance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or same-day no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
